This is my friend Maurice. There are more photos of him somewhere on my blog.
This was taken amongst the chaos of our 5 Easter services at my church this weekend.
Maurice has been a huge help in my internship and in my own photography work.
Thankful for this guy.
This is my friend Levi.
Some know him as Levi The Poet.
I first met him last Summer when some friends of mine were throwing a Bar BQ. Levi was in town from Albuquerque doing Re:Train. I had heard some of his work when I lived back in Florida, enjoyed it, but didn’t recognize him for his work until later on.
I was able to meet up with him this past Thursday for a couple hours when he was in Capitol Hill for XXXCHURCH’s “Porn Kills” tour. We spent close to an hour in Cafe Vita discussing the ideas of lasting community, theology, growing roots while being a touring artist, the death of his father, how the church has become family, and normal day to day life in both our lives.
My original idea was to write a short piece on some of our conversation. After our time together, I decided it would be better to put it out in a video and allow for Levi to use his own words to tell his story.
I have about 50 minutes of both video and audio from our time together on the hill and driving through the city. In the next few days, I will be editing and posting it in a video.
Thankful for the time I got to spend with this dude this past week. Encouraged and humbled by his willingness to simply serve others and share the gospel through his art.
He recently released and album called Seasons. Go check out his work at Levithepoet.net
Enjoy
This is Will.
He is a fellow photographer and good friend.
Shot this today when I stopped by his house to borrow a lens.
Thankful for this dude.

Bobby and Tharin!
Meant to post these way earlier, but I had the pleasure of shooting their wedding a few weeks ago. Enjoy!
Maurice.
A few weeks ago we spent a couple hours messing around with a flash and some different lighting. This was the end result.
Enjoy.
Eric.
Eric and I work together doing bike delivery at Jimmy Johns.
Last week we took a trip to Georgetown with his dog Flower and together we explored the area around All City Coffee. I had no idea there were so many hidden gems on the south end.
Thankful to know this dude!
Enjoy
Megan.
Megan is a dear friend of mine who I met in April of 2012. She was one of the girls who lived in what was “The Anteroom” in Cap Hill (See past blogs for photos I did with them). I’m thankful for her as she has become one of my best friends and another one that I consider to be like family. I’ve watched as the Lord has grown her in unexplainable ways and also used her to teach me what it means to simply love someone as a sister and as a daughter of God. Something I really didn’t have much knowledge of before this friendship.
A couple weeks ago we went to Country Village in Bothell for a couple hours. I manged to lose most of the photos I took that day… So again, we went back this past week and explored with a few other close friends.
Stoked to see what the Lord continues to do with this lady.
Enjoy.
